About Transit Movement

Transit Movement is a specialist customs broker focused on a single discipline: moving goods under transit. We submit T1 and T2 declarations through the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS), manage transit guarantees and follow every movement from the office of departure through to discharge at the office of destination.

Transit is the procedure that keeps duties and import VAT suspended while goods cross customs territories. It is what allows a truck to leave a Turkish factory, cross several borders and clear customs at a UK warehouse without paying duty at every frontier. When it works, transit is invisible. When it goes wrong — wrong office of destination, late arrival, lapsed guarantee — the importer pays for goods that are still technically in motion.

We exist because most freight teams handle transit as a side task. We do not. Every member of our team is a transit specialist, working with hauliers, freight forwarders and importers who need a partner that owns the NCTS workflow end-to-end. We provide full bilingual support in English and Turkish, with deep experience on the UK–EU and UK–Türkiye corridors.
