Full-service NCTS Phase 5 submissions and message handling
The New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) is the electronic backbone of every Common Transit movement. Since the Phase 5 upgrade, declarations require richer data — itinerary, transport details, consignment-level commodity codes — and respond in real time to risk scoring. We handle the full message lifecycle: pre-departure data, arrival notification, unloading remarks and any incident reports along the way.
We are equally comfortable working in the UK NCTS, the EU NCTS and TIR via NCTS. If you are submitting through your own software but need expert help with rejected messages or amendments, we can act as an advisor as well as a submitter.
