Transit Declarations (T1 / T2)
T1 and T2 declarations submitted to NCTS — fast, accurate, fully tracked
T1 is the transit procedure for non-Union goods moving under customs control across the Common Transit area. T2 covers Union goods leaving the EU customs territory and returning via a third country (such as the UK or Switzerland) so they keep their customs status. We prepare and submit both, working from your commercial invoice, packing list and route plan.
Every declaration we lodge is checked against the relevant guarantee, route, and offices of departure and destination before submission. Once NCTS accepts the declaration we send you the Movement Reference Number (MRN) and the printed Transit Accompanying Document (TAD) ready to travel with the driver. We then monitor the movement to discharge.
